Infogrid / Noda — From sensor noise to operational signal

Smart-building platforms drown teams in charts and alerts. I focused the experience around "state at a glance" and "what should we do next?" — clarifying health scores, trends, and anomalies, and redesigning alerting to prioritise the right people, channels, and timing. I mapped portfolio-to-site-to-asset navigation to how facilities teams actually work, introduced consistent data-viz patterns, and set pragmatic design-system foundations so new features ship faster and more coherently. We validated flows with building managers against real edge cases (stale sensors, data spikes), shifting the product perception from a data collector to a decision tool that supports day-to-day operations.
