• I don't design in a vacuum. I want real constraints-legacy systems, tight timelines, regulatory requirements. That's where interesting problems are.
• I'm direct. If something won't work, I'll tell you. If I don't know, I'll say it.
• The design system isn't for designers or engineers, it's for users. Every decision should make the product better for them.
• Research and testing reduce risk. I'd rather validate early than fix later.
• I ship and learn. Small iterations beat big reveals.

HOW I WORK

• Understand the problem first. Who are the users? What are the constraints? What does success look like?
• Map the workflows. Identify edge cases, user decisions, and technical limitations early.
• Prototype and test. Validate solutions with the right fidelity before committing to build.
